A Cuvee could be briefly defined as a type of Champagne: Rose, Blanc de Noirs, etc… Quality always assured, simply a little different process and characteristics. Different Cuvees will, of course, pair different moments of the day or meals.

Pour a glass of Champagne the right way
Make sure the bottle is chilled : approximately 2 hours in the fridge, or 30 minutes in an ice bucket, filled with 50% ice and 50% water.
Hold bottle firmly
place your thumb in the punt (piqure) and rest the bottle on your fingers
Hold glass at an angle
hold the glass at a 45 degree angle to preserve more bubbles
Pour gently
pour slowly down the side of the glass, pause to stop it foaming up, then top up.

Tell me about return policy
Customers are required to inspect all items upon delivery and promptly notify Cuvee Champagne of any damage or defects. If an item is deemed faulty, customers must inform Cuvee Champagne within 2 working days, providing photos as reference. In cases where exchange items are unavailable, Cuvee Champagne will refund the paid amount. This return policy applies within Hong Kong. For other countries, customers should inspect items upon receipt, as no return policy will be applicable thereafter.
How to keep Champagne at home?
Best is store your Champagne in a wine fridge around 10 °C . Otherwise, keep it away from light, excessive vibration or noise, in a cool & dry place.

Who cannot buy Champagne ?
