South-facing plots lie on a clay-limestone soil, the cradle of Pinot meunier, which accounts for a major part of our vineyard.
In addition to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, also produce other cuvees. Traditionally, organic farming works the land all year round, using mechanical and manual means; the vines are protected using only natural products, with no synthetic additives.

Since 1995, the vineyard has been regulated by ECOCERT.

Mainly Pinot Meunier : A champagne with a light golden colour. The nose is expressive with a fine balance on the palate.
It has a silky attack on the palate, moving onto a fresh finish.
This Champagne will delight your guests – serve as an aperitif or to accompany a dish of chicken or duck cooked with fruits.
