Composition 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, with 14% red wine from Pinot Noir in Ambonnay.
8g/l dosage, base wine from 2013, with 40% reserve wine.
Obtained by the addition of some Grand Cru red wine from Ambonnay, this NV Rose get a nice structure, with a little of strength. Light strawberry & blackcurrant aromas joined to the Ambonnay typical mineral taste offer a real nice refreshing ending.
