Shipped to the coast of Brittany, and submerged to 60m at Bay of the Stiff, a place where the Channel and Atlantic Ocean meet, and the water is dynamic with strong currents. This depth allowed the wines 6 bar pressure inside the bottle to be the same as the pressure outside. It remained there for 13 months.
