l’Ete (Summer) : 100% Pinot Noir from Ay
l’Automne (Autumn) : 100% Pinot Noir from Ay, Rose de marceration
l’Hiver (Winter) : 100% Pinot Noir from Dizy
Dosage : 2 – 5 g per litre . Alcohol Content : 12% – 13% ABV
