Vincent Charlot- Le Fruit de ma Passion, 2020

Champagne Vincent Charlot, aka Charlot Tanneux, Vincent went to Winemaking School in Alsace in the early 1990s, then he took over the Family Vineyards and started his journey of Organic Grower Champagne. 4.4 hectares vineyard, spread over 39 different plots in 6 villages. Each parcel is vinified separately in order to showcase its terroir uniqueness. These plots are all cultivated in organic and biodynamics, Demeter certified organic grower.

composition : 25% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir & 55% Pinot Meunier. Only 6124 bottles produced.

From the vineyard of La Genette & La Chapotte, located in Mardeuil. Clay-limestone, clay, flint, chalk.

After harvested in 2020, aged 10months in oak barrel as first fermentation, then aged on lees in bottle for another 4 years, total 5 years.

Disgorgement (TBC), added only 3g/L dosage, Extra Brut
