Domaine Aurore CASANOVA decided to create their estate by renting family plots*, observing them, contemplating them and understanding them to move towards viticulture without chemicals, then vinifying them to give them to the most curious to see and taste.

*that’s why legally named as NM Negociant-Manipulant

An environmental and human approach is their philosophy in the vineyard. No herbicides or synthetic insecticides, apply biodynamic principles in order to pass on healthy land to their children and to harvest healthy grapes to make good wines .
