Heirs to a unique know-how and a demand for quality handed down through 4 generations, Clément and Timothée have at heart to further enhance the assets and particularities of their terroir. Hervieux-Dumez founded in 1966 and now is certified “HVE” and “VDC” for their environmentally friendly practices, it is the first in Champagne to be certified “Bee Friendly”, for the protection of bees. The aim is to practice healthy, sustainable viticulture while preserving biodiversity, as this is from where the richness of their wines lies. 9.5 hectares of vineyard located in Mery, and premier cru Sacy & Chamery.

About Club Tresors de Champagne aka Special Club

Created in 1971 the Club Tresors was the first association of wine makers in Champagne to advocate an approach to viticulture based on the utmost standards of quality. It comprises about 24 artisan wine makers.

Only wine makers who have successfully passed a set of unrelenting quality standards are deemed worthy of putting their chosen Champagne in the unique Special Club bottle which may not be used by anyone except the members of the Club Tresors.
