Certified High Environmental Value (HVE 3) since 2018, the Estate is part of a voluntary approach and complies with the strictest specifications to contribute to the preservation of the Champagne terroirs.

Without claiming ownership, the vineyard is managed according to the principles of organic viticulture. For the man who watches over his vineyard every day, carries out all the work in the vineyard himself and harvests like a Burgundian, only one watchword prevails: Respect for the Living.

In this sense, no weedkiller or insecticide has its place on the Estate. All the amendments used are certified in organic farming and natural practices are favored. The plots are surrounded by trees, meadows or flowering fallow land in order to promote biodiversity.
