South-facing plots lie on a clay-limestone soil, the cradle of Pinot meunier, which accounts for a major part of our vineyard.
In addition to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, also produce other cuvees. Traditionally, organic farming works the land all year round, using mechanical and manual means; the vines are protected using only natural products, with no synthetic additives.

Since 1995, the vineyard has been regulated by ECOCERT.

The seductive shades of pink and orange that first shine through the delicate froth will both charm you and invite you to raise your glass to your lips. This wine sparkles with a myriad of colours, grey gold, pale pink, salmon pink, even a few hints of earthy brick.
The nose is powerful, fruity and full-bodied with elegant roasted, smoky notes, and a smooth greedy palate. This cuvee marries well with most hot desserts, and also with some sweet and savory Asian dishes
