Vincent Charlot- Cuvee L’or des basses ronces, 2014

Champagne Vincent Charlot, aka Charlot Tanneux, Vincent went to Winemaking School in Alsace in the early 1990s, then he took over the Family Vineyards and started his journey of Organic Grower Champagne. 4.4 hectares vineyard, spread over 39 different plots in 6 villages. Each parcel is vinified separately in order to showcase its terroir uniqueness. These plots are all cultivated in organic and biodynamics, Demeter certified organic grower, which is less than 1% of vineyard with such qualification in Champagne region.

composition : 100% Chardonnay, from the vineyard of Les Basses Ronces, chalk soil.

After harvested in 2014, aged 11 months in oak barrel as first fermentation, disgorgement Apr 2020, aged for 6 years.

<4.5g/L of sugar, Extra Brut. Only 2414 bottles produced
